1.1 Account Registration & Basic Information

  • Mobile Number: Profile Information: Includes nickname, avatar, age, and gender. This builds your public profile for other users.

  • Location (City/Region): During registration or profile setup, you will be asked to select your City/Region. This information is used to recommend matching users and voice room content in your area.

1.2 AI Avatar & Smart Matching (Core Features)

  • Persona Data: Information you provide (personality tags, dating preferences, interests) is used to generate your Exclusive AI Avatar, determining its personality and chat style.
  • Social Behavior Data: Your swiping actions (like/dislike), match records, and chat preferences are used to train your AI avatar to better reflect your social habits.
  • Chat Content: To enable "AI Avatar Auto-Chat" and "AI Wingman" features, we process text chat logs between you and your matches to analyze context and provide smart reply suggestions.
  • Automated Decision Making: You acknowledge that your AI Avatar acts as your digital agent. Its actions are based on automated processing of your data. You are fully responsible for all content generated and actions taken by your AI Avatar.

1.3 Voice Rooms & Live Streaming

  • Real-time Audio/Video: To enable features like mic-connect, karaoke, and live streaming, we require access to your Microphone and Camera.
  • Permission Trigger:We only request these permissions when you actively enter a voice room/live stream and click "Turn on Mic/Camera". You may refuse these permissions, but this will limit your ability to speak or stream video.
  • Interaction Logs: Your voice, text comments, and gifting records within live sessions may be recorded for content moderation, safety enforcement, and playback purposes.

1.4 Community & Social Sharing

  • Media Files: When you post updates, videos, or images to the Community, we request Photo Library/Storage permissions to upload your selected media.
  • Public Content: All content you post to the Community is public. Please exercise caution when sharing personal or sensitive information.

1.5 Operations & Security

  • Device Information: We collect device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID), IP address, and network status for security, fraud prevention, and service optimization.
  • Log Data: Includes operation records, search history, and click logs for troubleshooting and data analysis.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session, provide personalized recommendations (e.g., matching users, voice rooms), and ensure security. You can manage these settings through your browser or device, though this may affect certain functionalities.

  • Data Portability & Objection: Under laws like the GDPR, you may have the right to request a copy of your data or object to certain processing activities.

7. Age Restriction

This App is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete any associated data.
